Double-sided creature cards

Just added a new format for the creature cards, if you have good alignment on your printer then print the double-sided PDF directly and if you’re lucky you can just cut. My printer manages to get the alignment close enough about 50% of the time…

The creature cards are now behind a paywall of $2, so you’ll only see those new files if you donate.
I was fiddling the price/donation/community/etc settings over the last few days which meant the logs may not reflect reality.
Whoops! I must not have looked at the project page, sorry to bother. :)
